Math Extra Practice

We have a large fractions assessment coming up on Tuesday. To prepare, I would be doing some extra practice this weekend.

Here are the areas you will be assessed on:


  • Adding and subtracting proper, improper, and mixed fractions.
  • Multiply and dividing proper, improper, and mixed fractions.
  • Modelling multiplication of proper and mixed fractions.
  • Converting mixed fractions to improper and then back again

Your vocabulary cue card(s) are due on Monday. We will be doing an activity in class with them so I would definitely make sure they are ready to go as soon as class starts Monday. I (Ms. Noullett) will be at school early on Monday if anyone needs to do some last minute colour printing : )
