Fractions

Today we completed a lesson on multiplying fractions. Mrs.Krushel and Ms. Noullett know that only a fraction of you really like doing fractions (get it?) but with practice it should come easier to those who are having a bit of a tough time!

So what can you do tonight to help your fraction problems??

1. Watch this video:
https://www.khanacademy.org/math/arithmetic/fractions/multiplying_fractions/v/multiplying-a-fraction-by-a-fraction

2. Practice using this:
https://ca.ixl.com/math/grade-8/multiply-and-divide-rational-numbers

3. Review your journal

4. Review adding and subtracting fractions using both Khan Academy - Fractions and IXL - Fraction practice.

4. Bake a pie and use it as a visual for helping you with fractions (and you get to eat it!)
